RP Sessions System

The RP Sessions System allows you to create and manage RP events inside your server. It makes it easy for members to confirm their presence and for admins to organize sessions clearly.


🎯 What the RP Sessions System Is Used For

βœ” Create RP sessions easily

You can create a session with a title, episode, date, and recap using a clean modal window.

βœ” Allow members to mark themselves as Present or Absent

Players can confirm their attendance by clicking one of the buttons.

βœ” Track who is attending

The session message automatically shows who is marked as present.

βœ” Edit a session if something changes

Admins can reopen the modal to modify the details (time, recap, etc.).

βœ” Finish a session when it's over

This disables the buttons so nobody can click them anymore.

βœ” Send reminders

Admins can schedule a reminder that mentions the participants (and optionally a role).


🧩 Main Commands

1. Create a session

Opens a modal where you enter:

  • Episode

  • Season

  • Date/Time

  • Recap

The bot posts the session with Present/Absent buttons.


2. Edit a session

Allows you to modify an existing session message.


3. Finish a session

Disables the Present/Absent buttons.


4. Send a reminder

Schedules a reminder after the chosen delay.
